Our dog was having a terrible itching problem that was creating wounds on him. They got him in the day we called. They saw what was going on and realized he was having an allergic reaction and immediately treated him and gave me medication for him.

Long story short , my baby dog was fighting for her life with another vet (locally). They had zero communication with us! We found Coldwater Animal clinic and they are absolute angels!! They were so comforting and did exactly what was needed and quick. They went above and beyond my expectations. We lost the fight with our girl but I am forever grateful she was able to go with dignity, love and respect. thanks to the whole staff for being absolutely amazing and so caring.
